He started his career with ASUS as Channel Director-Systems group where he has established sales team, channel structure, channel policies and set up strong execution model of sell out mindset in team for Indian market. This has lead to a strong foundation for business for ASUS India and today ASUS is leading brand in India and Srilanka with consistent growth and brand visibility for ASUS Laptops and Mobiles in Indian market.

Rajeev Chaudhari completed his Engineering from SPCE, Mumbai University and MBA from Sydenham college and started his career with leading Indian MNC Godrej and Boyce (Tech pacific at later stage) where he managed IT Hardware and software distribution business at Gujarat region as Branch head with strong focus on channel expansion, Sales and Service management, Branch P&L, Branch operations such as logistic, ERP deployment and Team management.
Then he has credit of stabilizing and establishing as top 5 IT and Telecom products and services Distributor in India for SES Technologies with branch network at 36 plus locations and managed turnover of Rs. 750 Crs (USD 150 million) with P&L responsibility as Associate Vice President for 6 years. He Managed and Established Cyberstar Infocom Pvt Ltd as leading most profitable distributor in India as Director Sales and Marketing for 6 years.
As a Director-Operations he has managed ASUS Exclusive Store rollout in PAN India and Srilanka and set up strong business processes in the field of MIS, Sales operations, Admin, Marketing, Purchase, Legal and logistics for exponential growth.
Before starting Avanza, he was with ASUS for past 6 years first as Channel Director for system business and then as a Director-Operations and Country product Manager–Srilanka and he has managed new initiatives Sales team expansion, channel Expansion–primary distributor network as well as secondary channel with effective sell in and sell out process to manage and grow market share and control inventories and then ASUS Exclusive Store rollout in PAN India and Srilanka and set up strong business processes in the field of MIS, Sales operations, Admin, Marketing, Purchase, Legal and logistics for exponential growth. Established ASUS India corporate head office costing more than USD 10 million right from site identification to Interior management to getting all statutory approvals with various institutions and laying strong foundation for ASUS’s growth story in India.
His Key strength is diverse experience of handling fast moving business like PC building block distribution to Networking, Security range of products to very high end Telecom range of products for Telco, VAS, ISP & Call Center market. What excites him in his line of business is entrepreneurial exposure with ability to lead team and create careers for team who have worked under me.
